  • IN STOCK: When you order an item that is currently in stock, please anticipate a processing period that could range between 7 to 14 Business Days. During this time, we meticulously prepare and package your product to ensure a smooth transition to shipping.

  • BACKORDER: For items listed as backordered, the processing duration is slightly extended, with a timeframe of 14 to 30 Business Days. This accounts for the time necessary to acquire the item from our distributors and have it ready for dispatch.

  • OUT OF STOCK: Should you choose to purchase an item that is out of stock, the processing duration is estimated to be between 30 to 60 Business Days. This lengthier period is due to the need to source the product from international suppliers, which can add to the restocking timeline. Delivery Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. We provide delivery service through USPS, and the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USPS Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 business days


For international orders, the delivery times are a bit longer:

  • USPS International First Class Mail can take 14-30 business days

  • USPS International Priority Mail typically takes 7-21 business days

  • International shipments may experience delays caused by customs processing.

  • Once a package has entered the destination country, USPS hands the package off to the countries local mail provider.

  • Package tracking results may vary once a package has exited the United States.

Will my order have tracking information?

Just by entering the provided tracking number on the USPS tracking website, you’ll have access to up-to-date information regarding the location and estimated delivery time of your order. Do you have a return, refund, or exchange policy?
We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please note that due to the nature of our products, most items cannot be returned. However, we understand that sizing can vary and we want you to feel comfortable in your purchase, so select clothing items (such as chest binders or t shirts) can be exchanged for sizing needs within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
